Alijah Alexander plays like the whistle owes him something. The 6'8" Canada Elite UAA forward, class of 2031, has already been tagged Canada's top middle school hooper, and the tape backs the label up -- he's a two-way rebounder who finishes above the rim, blocks shots on the weak side, and still gets back in transition to run the floor hard. He's not a stand-and-watch power forward either; scouts have flagged him as impactful off the ball and comfortable making jumpers, not just bully-ball around the rim. The physicality is the separator right now -- good body control paired with a level of effort on defense evaluators call undeniable, the kind of motor that shows up before the skill catches all the way up. Five years out is a lifetime in player development, but a forward this size who already competes like this is worth a checkmark. Call him a rebounding-and-effort four with legit two-way upside if the perimeter skill continues to round out.
