A Rhode Island prep pipeline and a Team British Columbia patch don't cross paths by accident. Ethan Mvundra, a 6'2 guard in the 2028 class, made the jump from BC club ball to Putnam Science Academy, running with Rhode Island Elite on the club circuit after earning a 17u nod for BC this summer. That kind of relocation for a guard his size usually means someone believes the frame and feel translate against tougher competition every night, not just at showcase season. The provincial selection is real validation before the prep-school role is even fully sorted out. Early in the process for a 2028, but a Canadian guard testing himself out of New England is exactly the profile worth checking back in on as the season unfolds.
