Ngenze is undersized on paper and plays like he never got the memo -- a 5'10 guard out of London who controls tempo for both Mother Teresa and the London Ramblers. He's a change-of-pace ball-handler who wins with angles and hesitation rather than pure burst, the kind of guard who needs the ball in his hands to matter. Defensively he competes above his size, using quickness to stay in front of bigger, more heralded matchups. Part of a deep 2028 southwestern Ontario class that's going to force programs to dig for value -- Ngenze is exactly the kind of prospect that reward comes from finding early. Ceiling questions are fair at this size, but the tape says take it over the tape measure.
