File Riley Santa Juana under "name to know before the province gets loud about him." The 2027 prospect calls Vancouver, BC home and suits up for St. Patrick Regional Secondary School, a program with enough local pedigree that scouts don't need much of an excuse to swing through. Right now the file is thin -- no confirmed height, position, or accolades yet -- so this reads more like a marker than a finished report. Worth circling back on once there's tape or a live look to fill in the rest; for now, he's a watch-list entry, not a verdict.
