A 6'2" guard on Manitoba's 15u provincial roster doesn't happen by accident, and Kelvin High School just found itself with tape worth requesting. Rivalin's build already reads combo guard -- long enough to guard up, compact enough to still turn the corner -- the kind of frame area scouts flag before the box score ever catches up. There's no shot chart or assist column on file yet, just a Winnipeg kid who's already checked the first box every provincial evaluator looks for: does the frame fit the position this early. That's not nothing, and it's not everything either -- the report stays patient on purpose rather than dressing up a thin file with borrowed hype. Early days, real size, a jersey that says somebody already believes. Watch the tape before you bet the ceiling.
