Kayley Joseph-Bernard

My basketball journey began as a player, where I developed a strong passion for the game and learned the importance of paying attention to detail. As I continued playing and taking on leadership roles, I became increasingly interested in the strategy behind basketball and understanding what makes players and teams successful. Scouting allows me to stay connected to the game while using my experience as a player to help players develop, gain exposure and be recognized for their talents.
