Wes Laufert

A sports scholar from the Guelph/KW region with an unmatched love for the game of basketball. Formerly I ran promotions for Queen’s University Athletics including in-game contests and announcing at OUA and USports National Championships to get the crowd excited for the best Canadian athletes and hope to use that experience to get the public excited about our up and coming basketball stars. I’ve been fortunate to work in a variety of different positions from Playing to Coaching basketball to help develop youth skillsets, I hope to do similar work with the Maple Minute to help Canadian basketball prospects get noticed more than ever before so they can continue to develop their games further.
